The name of this sweets also comes from the name of this city. In Tehran, in particular centers, especially in Ramadan, this pastry is prepared.

Its main content is rice, sugar, nutmeg, and aromatic spices such as honey and cinnamon. The Reshteh Khoshkar is prepared on a hot copper tray and after delivery to the customer, it should be made at home with a little butter or oil.
