Grape leaves Dolma is more popular, and many Iranians in the spring produce Dolma from fresh, sour and tasty leaves of grapes. Dolma is one of the local cuisines in the provinces of West and East Azerbaijan, however, today this delicious dish is cooked all over Iran.
