Chardoui is a tasty, colorful and popular dish in Qeshm made with red meat or fish meat.
To cook it first boil the meat and then crush it well. The water is then taken so that it is completely dry and no water remains. Blend the resulting mixture with aromatic herbs such as coriander and fenugreek and fry with Omani lemon and chopped onion. Boil the water in which the meat was boiled and add some rice and wait until well cooked.
