Tokhm-e Sharbati(Seeds of a local type Basil) Syrup has traditionally been used as a traditional drink among Iranian people, which is very effective in maintaining thirst and balance in order to keep the blood pressure and lean.
Tokhm-e Sharbati Syrup
First, pour the seeds of the (Seeds of a local type Basil) into a soft filter, and rinse it 2 to 3 times under cold water. Then pour water and let it cool 2 to 3 hours at room temperature to open it. Then mix it with sugar, lemon juice and rose water and 4 glasses of water and put it in the refrigerator for 4 hours to ready and flavored.
