In fact, Arab people have ceremonies and Rituals for drinking coffee, and they do it with their beliefs. To prepare it, firstly pour coffee with a twin shaft called Mahmas, in a dish, and then throw it in a mortar and prepare for the ceremony, then in a large container called "Gom Gom" or Qom Qom, , which seems to me to be like an old rosewood sprout from the Warsaw (Bronze), poured into it, and after boiling, added the minced coffee And they also use cardamom to freshen it.
When the coffee is ready to serve, it is poured into a smaller dish called Daleh, which looks like "Gom Gom" and then the ritual of the particular manner of the distributor continues.
This person has a Daleh in the left hand and a special cup of coffee (which is a cup without hands) From the right of the ceremony, they begin to serve coffee.
The ceremony begins with the dean and from the right, serving coffee is continued. In front of a person who takes the cup from the host, it is customary to receive the cup with his right hand. If you take the cup with your left hand, there is a disregard for customs.
The Coffee that is poured from the Daleh in the cup is very low, thick and bitter, and at the end of the pouring of the coffee and before giving the cup to the guest, one should drop the tip of the Daleh to the edge of the cup of coffee until the sound of the cup is raised, and then the coffee will be served.
After drinking coffee, the guest must shake his hand once before giving up the empty cup, which means that it is enough and I will not drink coffee. Then the host goes to the right person and continues the process to the end. The Arab people are sensitive to these customs and consider it respectful.
